The Town of Trophy Club Parks and Recreation Department would like to keep our citizens updated on the various facilities and event cancelations within our department.

Closed/Canceled until further notice:

  • ALL playgrounds as of March 25 at 2:00pm.
  • Freedom Dog Park as of March 25 at 2:00pm.
  • Harmony and Independence Park tennis courts will be locked as of March 25 at 2:00pm until further notice.
  • All parks restrooms.
  • All drinking fountains within our park system.
  • Parks and Recreation Board meetings.
  • Spring Family Campout scheduled for April 4 and 5.
  • Eggstravaganza scheduled for April 11.
  • Spring Kickball League has been Canceled.
  • Spring Bocce Ball League has been Canceled.
  • TCRYBA has postponed their games until March 28 and canceled their opening day ceremony.
  • All park pavilion rentals are suspended through the end of April.
  • Town Hall is closed to the general public.

The Town of Trophy Club Parks and Recreation Department’s top priority has and will always be the safety of our patrons. Parks staff is working diligently by practicing various safety measures at our parks by disinfecting playgrounds and picnic tables. Please use extra precaution when visiting the parks, open spaces and trails by following the CDC’s safety guidelines.

The Trophy Club Parks and Recreation Department is committed to enhancing the quality of life and environment while providing leisure time opportunities for the benefit of the citizens and families of Trophy Club. This mission is accomplished by providing consistent and reliable public service and working diligently to ensure an exceptional quality of life through strategic planning and aesthetically pleasing parks, common areas and medians.

GOALS

  • Improve the aesthetic and recreational value of the Town of Trophy Club.
  • Maintain Town assets, services, and codes of ordinances that preserve that natural beauty of the Town.

OBJECTIVES

  • Research and apply for various grants that best apply to our organization.
  • Create a strategic masterplan for the town’s park system and medians.
  • Maintain safe and reliable facilities in an efficient and most effective manner.
  • Offer our citizens a new variety of youth and adult leagues and programs.
