TC Website Guidelines:
All information submitted for consideration is subject to approval and must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Businesses may submit information on the Town website via the Web Calendar, News Flash section, or Business Directory.
- Town information is the first priority, there is no guarantee your request will be accommodated.
- Town, MUD, School, County, Philanthropic/Public Benefit and community-related information also welcome.
All content listings should have the purpose of publicizing public events and activities that have a direct correlation to residents, tourism, visitors, school or the Trophy Club Municipal District No. 1. Only content relevant to residents and/or visitors on a broad scale, with no associated monetary gain, will be approved. Additional guidelines of content include, but are not limited to those defined below.
A. Prohibited Content. Commercial advertising, political campaigning, religious programming, alcohol/vice-related content, and any material deemed offensive or inappropriate by the town.
B. Public Service Announcements. Public service announcements for Town of Trophy Club departments and organizations that have a staff approved Special Event Agreement or are in partnership/ sponsorship with the Town are subject for content placement.
Website Listing Options:
The web calendar (powered by Google) is available for any event somehow related to Trophy Club and submitted events must be nonprofit (501 status).
The Town of Trophy Club strives to keep its residents and business owners informed of town events, local issues and important news through a variety of media. Follow the latest news and information here.
Submissions must be Trophy Club appropriate and community-oriented. Only the organization name, website, and contact number will be accepted.
